WCF Notary Services LLC

1. Services

WCF Notary Services LLC provides mobile notary, Remote Online Notarization (RON), VIN verification, fingerprinting, and other authorized notarial services in accordance with Florida law. Services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability, valid identification, document readiness, and compliance with Florida notary requirements.

2. Appointment Scheduling

A non-refundable $25 booking fee is required to secure an appointment. This fee covers administrative time, scheduling, travel preparation, and/or RON platform-related costs and is applied toward the total service fee.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including contact information, appointment details, document type, and witness requirements.

3. Payment

The remaining balance is due at the time of service before completion or release of notarized documents.

Accepted payment methods may include:

* Credit/Debit Card

* Apple Pay

* Zelle

* Cash App

* Venmo

* Cash

Checks are not accepted.

Additional fees may apply for travel, witnesses, printing, scanning, additional notarizations, after-hours appointments, facility visits, or services not disclosed during booking.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Mobile appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

RON appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance.

Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the $25 booking fee.

Failure to appear, complete identity verification, provide required documents, or join a scheduled RON session may be treated as a no-show.

If WCF Notary Services LLC must cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may reschedule or request a refund of the booking fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

* Provide valid government-issued identification

* Ensure documents are complete except for signatures and dates requiring notarization

* Be willing, aware, and able to sign voluntarily

* Provide required witnesses unless arranged in advance

RON clients must also have:

* Stable internet access

* A working camera and microphone

* A compatible device capable of completing identity verification

Witness services for RON appointments may be available through the RON platform for an additional fee.

6. Refusal of Service

WCF Notary Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service if identification is insufficient, documents appear incomplete or suspicious, required witnesses are unavailable, payment is not made, the environment is unsafe, or the notarization would violate Florida law.

7. No Legal Advice

WCF Notary Services LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or document preparation services. Clients are responsible for understanding their documents and obtaining legal guidance if needed.

8. Privacy & Remote Online Notarization

Client information is collected solely for scheduling, identity verification, payment processing, recordkeeping, and completion of requested services.

By participating in a RON session, clients consent to electronic signatures, identity verification procedures, electronic records, audio-video recording, and electronic storage/transmission of documents and session information as required by Florida law and the RON platform provider.

WCF Notary Services LLC is not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by internet outages, device incompatibility, audio/video malfunction, or third-party platform issues.

9. Liability

WCF Notary Services LLC is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, or acceptance of client documents by any agency, court, lender, business, or receiving party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Pasco County, Florida.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, submitting payment, or using services provided by WCF Notary Services LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
